Susan Bastone is an associate with Olsson Frank Weeda Terman Bode Matz P.C. She currently works with the Food and Drug practice groups. Ms. Bastone works with trade associations to draft and file government documents related to non-profit status, and keeps clients informed of pending FDA rulemakings and hearings related to food labeling and food additives. She plans on focusing her work on food and nutrition labeling and labeling representations. Ms. Bastone also works with drug companies on litigation and petitions before FDA.

Ms. Bastone was raised in Monticello, New York, and graduated from New York University's Steinhardt School of Education with a B.S. in Communication Studies. After practicing graphic design with an architecture firm in New York City, she received her J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law in 2006. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
