Ms. Eagle is Of Counsel at Olsson Frank Weeda Terman Bode Matz P.C.  She was born in Des Moines, Iowa and received her Bachelor of Arts from Duke University in 1961 and her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 1977.  Ms. Eagle was admitted to the District of Columbia Bar in 1978.

Before joining Olsson Frank Weeda Terman Bode Matz P.C. Ms. Eagle was a Senior Trial Counsel in the Office of Consumer Litigation at the U.S. Department of Justice where she represented the government in litigation involving the FDA, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Consumer Product Safety Commission.  Before joining the Department of Justice, she was an Associate Chief Counsel for Drugs in the Office of the General Counsel at the Food and Drug Administration.
