McKay Tolboe is an associate with Olsson Frank Weeda Terman Bode Matz P.C. He currently works with the Medical Device, Food and Drug practice groups and works with trade associations and members of regulated industry.

Prior to his association with OFW, Mr. Tolboe worked for an international medical device company in their regulatory affairs and quality assurance department, where he managed two international class I recalls.  Mr. Tolboe has also worked for U.S. Senator Orrin G. Hatch, Utah State Senate President L. Alma Mansell, as well as a number of congressional and local campaigns.

Mr. Tolboe was raised in Orem, Utah, and graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Political Science.  He received his J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law in 2008.
