Sally Donner is a Senior Policy Advisor at OFW Law. Before joining the firm in April 2004, Sally spent 22 years representing Altria Group, Inc. and its current and former operating companies (General Foods Corporation, Kraft Foods, Inc., and Philip Morris, USA). During her employment with Altria and its food businesses, Sally managed a large portfolio of wide-ranging food issues with special emphasis on matters relating to food safety, nutritional labeling, advertising, meat and poultry inspection, and the environment. Prior to joining the General Foods Corporation Washington Office in 1982, Sally served as Chief of Staff to the late Representative Silvio O. Conte (R-MA).

Sally was born in Troy, New York, grew up in Braintree, Massachusetts, and is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College. At OFW, Sally focuses on providing government affairs services to several small trade associations. During her professional career she has served on the Boards of numerous non-profit organizations. Long active in her DC neighborhood community, she served as Chairman of the Board of the H-Street Community Development Corporation from 2000-2006
