Ben Dash

Policy Advisor

Ben Dash is a Policy Advisor at OFW Law. Mr. Dash helps clients navigate Capitol Hill and advocates for policy related to food, agriculture, cannabis, international trade, artificial intelligence (AI), and drugs. Ben’s skillset enables him to effectively research, write, and develop political strategies for clients in these industries.

 

Prior to joining OFW, Ben was an Organizational Design Management Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington D.C. At Booz Allen, he developed expertise in national security, focusing on strategic planning for Department of Defense (DoD) clients. He also advised clients on a range of other critical areas, including leadership development, organizational design, change management, and human capital strategy. 

 

Before Booz Allen, Ben served as a Business Transformation Consultant for IBM in New York City, where he supported multinational clients, including a large dairy manufacturer.

 

Ben graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Entrepreneurship. Through his political, strategy, leadership development, and entrepreneurial experiences, he has gained invaluable skills analyzing the roots and structure of organizations and solving complex problems.

 

Ben is eager to tackle new opportunities and challenges in food and agriculture policy as well as the ever-expanding and changing worlds of food security, AI, and cannabis policy.
