OFW Law actively participates in proceedings brought under U.S. trade remedy laws, including the antidumping and countervailing duty statutes, Sections 201 (safeguards provisions) and 301 (retaliation authority) of the Tariff Act of 1930. We have represented industry and agriculture in trade cases involving a wide variety of products, including honey, lemon juice, cattle, lamb meat, fertilizer and animal identification ear tags. Our clients have included U.S. producers, importers, exporters, and foreign governments. In addition to trade remedy proceedings, OFW Law regularly participates in fact-finding studies conducted by the U.S. International Trade Commission under Section 332 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
